Elovi is a free Christian devotional application developed and operated by Enspire Services, Helsinki, Finland. The app delivers daily scripture, reflection, prayer prompts, music suggestions and a private journal — all grounded in the King James Bible.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the Elovi app, or by visiting myelovi.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use the app or website.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app or website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Purpose and Intended Use

Elovi is a devotional companion designed to support personal spiritual growth through daily engagement with scripture. It is intended for:

• Personal daily devotional use
• Private prayer and reflection
• Personal journaling guided by scripture
• Bible reading and study

Elovi is not intended to be used as a substitute for pastoral care, professional counselling, mental health treatment, or the community of a local church. It supports the spiritual journey — it does not replace human relationship or professional support.

4. Theological Foundation

All content in Elovi is grounded in the King James Bible as the authoritative Word of God. Our content is governed by the Elovi Theological Constitution which establishes strict standards for biblical accuracy, theological soundness and pastoral appropriateness.

Elovi does not represent or endorse any specific Christian denomination. It is built for all believers who hold the Bible as the authoritative Word of God.

If you encounter content you believe is theologically inaccurate or inconsistent with scripture please contact us immediately at connect@myelovi.com. Every report is reviewed by a human being within 48 hours.

5. AI-Generated Content

Some content in Elovi is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. All AI-generated content is subject to the following safeguards before it reaches users:

• A 15-point theological verification checklist reviewed by an AI verification system
• Human review of all flagged content before publication
• Monthly review by a theological advisor
• The Word of God as the primary standard against which all content is measured

Technology is the support. The Word of God is always the foundation. We take the responsibility of what goes into people's spiritual lives seriously and human oversight is permanent in our content pipeline.

6. Your Privacy

Elovi is built with your privacy as a foundational principle:

• No account is required to use the app
• No personal data is collected or stored remotely
• Your journal entries are stored only on your device and are never transmitted
• Anonymous usage analytics are optional and can be disabled in Settings
• We will never sell, share or monetise any information about you

7. Intellectual Property

The Elovi app, its design, branding, original written content, reflections, prayer prompts and journal questions are the property of Enspire Services and are protected by copyright.

Scripture text is drawn from the King James Bible which is in the public domain.

You may share individual verses, reflections or prayer prompts for personal, non-commercial spiritual encouragement provided you attribute them to Elovi and myelovi.com. You may not reproduce the app content in bulk or use it for commercial purposes without written permission from Enspire Services.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Elovi or myelovi.com to:

• Reproduce, distribute or sell the app content for commercial purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify or tamper with the app
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable law
• Misrepresent the source or authorship of any content from Elovi
• Use the app to spread content that contradicts its biblical and theological foundation

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Elovi is provided free of charge on an as-is basis. While we strive for the highest standards of theological accuracy and technical reliability we cannot guarantee that the app or website will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from inaccuracies at all times.

Enspire Services makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the fitness of Elovi for any particular purpose beyond its intended use as a devotional companion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law Enspire Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of Elovi or myelovi.com.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Elovi shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app. As Elovi is free that amount is zero.

11. Mental Health and Crisis Support

Elovi is a devotional companion. It is not a mental health service and it is not equipped to provide crisis support.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm or any situation requiring urgent support — please contact a qualified mental health professional, a trusted pastor or a crisis helpline in your country immediately.

The Bible encourages us to seek wise counsel and to bear one another's burdens in community. Elovi supports that journey — it does not replace it.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Elovi shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
